Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse von Banken-, Versicherungs- oder Finanz-Märkten und Ableitung von Suchstrategien
  • Identifikation und Qualifizierung von Kandidatenprofilen
  • Begleitung deiner Kandidaten durch den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Managern bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Verantwortung und Aufgabenbereich wachsen schnell entsprechend deiner Leistung

Dein Profil

  • Aktuelles Studium (Bachelor/Master)
  • Erste Praktika oder Arbeitserfahrung, idealerweise im Finanzbereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+)
  • Zielorientiert, kommunikativ und lernbereit
  • Gespür für Menschen und Freude an Teamarbeit
