Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Kandidatenansprache in hohem Volumen
  • Deinen Workload selbst priorisieren und strukturieren
  • Raten und Konditionen auf Augenhöhe verhandeln
  • Gesprächspartner schnell lesen, sofort die richtigen Fragen stellen und kreative Lösungen entwickeln und anbieten
  • Markttrends früh erkennen und Kandidatenpools strategisch aufbauen
  • Deals von der Erstansprache bis zum Abschluss begleiten
  • Langfristige Beziehungen zu Contractors aufbauen und pflegen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einem schnellen, vertriebsstarken Umfeld
  • Fließendes Englisch auf Business-Niveau und Deutsch auf C1
  • Resilienz - Du bist belastbar und lässt dich nicht schnell aus dem Konzept bringen
  • Kommunikation, die sich dem Gegenüber anpasst
  • Kommerzielle Denkweise: du siehst eine Chance, bevor andere sie sehen
  • Bachelor von Vorteil aber nicht entscheidend
