Education Coach

Delta Area Economic Corporation, a Missouri Community Action Agency, is seeking an Education Coach.

The Education Coach will have the primary responsibility of development and oversight of the educational services program; ensuring compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards and recognized best practices in the field of early childhood education.  Responsible for mentoring and coaching Staff in the Program’s currently chosen/implemented strategies as well as industry recognized developmentally appropriate practices for classroom management, child development, and early learning.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or higher in Early Childhood Development or a related field and a minimum of two years of related experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children.
