Job Description

Are you ready to take responsibility for the IT processes of the future? With us, you’ll play an active role in shaping the digitalisation and optimisation of our telecommunications and device management. • Supporting the centralisation of telecommunications provider management in Europe
• Processing contract terminations and tracking entries in the tracking table
• Ordering and managing connections (e.g. DSL, TDN), including documentation
• Checking and processing invoices for telecommunications service providers
• Contributing to the development of the mobile device roadmap
• Managing SSL certificates and ensuring smooth certificate management

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training with a focus on IT (or equivalent qualification)
• Initial professional experience in the IT sector, ideally in the management of telecommunications services
• Ideally, initial experience with Onventis or comparable digital purchasing and procurement systems
• Knowledge of mobile device management and certificate management
• A structured and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• A high level of German (C1) and English is required
