This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or those with 0-2 years of experience eager to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital ad technology.
You'll dive into the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Google Analytics(GA), and leading Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools like AB Tasty and VWO. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, gaining solid knowledge and skills in the most up-to-date digital marketing and analytics solutions. What do you need to do?
- Customer Success & Support:
- Be the first responder and solution provider for customer GMP technical inquiries, ensuring high standards of quality, information, and communication.
- Assist in onboarding and training customers on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
- Support the Customer Success Manager in nurturing relationships with our existing clients.
- Create and maintain essential documentation for product updates, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive Digital Maturity solutions.
- Digital Analytics & Optimization:
- Assist in GA and Media tracking implementation and QA.
- Contribute to CRO experiment setup using tools like AB Tasty and VWO.
- Assist in building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards.
- Project Contribution:
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives, contributing to the growth and innovation of FiveStones.
What do you need to have?
- Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Language: Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Skills & Traits:
- Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new things.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written expression, with strong interpersonal and listening skills to foster effective dialogue
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and engage different audiences
- Tech Knowledge (Bonus Points!):
- Basic understanding of SEM and Programmatic media buying.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience with GMP products, GA4, GTM, CRO tools
