Job Description

Are you passionate about digital project delivery and strategic BIM implementation? Do you enjoy working at the interface between clients, project management, and interdisciplinary planning teams? We are currently seeking a BIM Manager to join our ever-growing team in Thessaloniki, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation and management of the BIM methodology across all project phases, ensuring transparent, efficient, and high quality model based processes.

• Plan, manage, and continuously optimize processes related to BIM based project delivery processes by performing structured quality and compliance checks
• Prepare, update, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) based on the Employer’s Information Requirements or relevant standards
• Serve as the link between project management teams and digital planning processes to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
• Coordinate and integrate external planners into the model-based planning process to ensure consistent and aligned project delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for BIM tools
   

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in BIM Management or digital project delivery
• Strong knowledge of BIM tools and platforms, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto)
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluency in English and Greek; German is a plus
