The Role

As the AI Creative Specialist, you are an architect of our engineered visual narrative, in complement to our organic production exposition across channels. You operate at the intersection of generative technology and sports media to optimize our content pipeline.

Reporting to the SVP of Content, you will be responsible for high-velocity, high-volume turnaround of vertical video that maintains a premium production aesthetic. Your mission is to blend raw athlete assets and prestige footage to yield a stream of content that drives global fandom and consumer product conversion.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead the creation of hyper-realistic, AI tool-assisted video and imagery to extend "prestige" footage into infinite, platform-optimized social assets.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as social, communications and product teams to ensure content drives key business objectives.
• Translate high-level creative briefs into precise, reproducible prompts that generate consistent, high-fidelity motion graphics and data visualizations.
• Ideate and contribute fresh creative concepts for independent, rapid execution and testing.
• Maintain creative guides, ensuring all AI-generated models and environments are visually consistent and adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Build an overall framework and guide for prompt engineering associated with the Enhanced brand and its touchpoints.
• Evaluate key performance data and other insights to continually refine generative content efforts for impact, efficacy and/or speed.
• Independently research and test emerging tools, tech and practices to augment AI production process and output. 

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of proven, professional-grade expertise in the Generative AI stack for video, image and audio content types.
• Diversified understanding and use of multiple AI tools, driven by an obsessive curiosity and experimentation with ongoing advancement of technology in this space
• Experience with vertical re-framing, AI-driven active tracking, and the automation of traditional 16:9 broadcast footage into 9:16 social assets.
• Expert understanding of key video storytelling devices (i.e., timing, pacing and aesthetic), using AI to enhance the human story.
• Ability to quickly deliver high-quality assets in high-pressure, live environments.
• Experience in a creative production environment.

Must-Have Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Must be willing to work from Enhanced’s New York office 4 days a week.
• Must submit for review a portfolio of AI-generated media, including video samples and prompts.
