About the role

 

This role is focused on growth, specifically winning new business across enterprise and multi-site QSR customers. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing opportunities across major brands, large franchise groups and adjacent sectors, while contributing to broader commercial strategy.

 

The role is highly field-based. Time in market matters, so site visits, demos, industry events and face-to-face engagement are a core part of how you'll succeed. Expect to be on the road regularly (around two weeks per month), building relationships and uncovering opportunities where business happens.

 

You'll be working with a combination of AI, software, hardware and customer-facing technology solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, business performance and customer experience.

 

Key areas of focus include:

 

  • Building and managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Proactively prospecting and engaging new customers
  • Engaging senior stakeholders across operations, digital, IT, marketing and customer experience functions
  • Running tailored demos and solution-based sales conversations
  • Navigating complex procurement and decision-making processes
  • Closing new business and contributing to recurring revenue growth
  • Working closely with internal teams to align on strategy and delivery


About you

 

You're an experienced B2B sales professional who understands how to win complex deals and build strong customer relationships. You're comfortable operating in environments where multiple stakeholders are involved, sales cycles are longer, and the value of the deal justifies the effort.

 

You’ll bring:

 

  • 5+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally within QSR, retail, hospitality, payments, digital signage, automation, operational technology, FMCG or related sectors
  • Experience selling technology solutions into operational environments. This could include retail technology, QSR technology, digital signage, self-service solutions, payments, automation, software, hardware or integrated technology solutions
  • Experience working with multi-site customers, franchise groups, retailers or other operationally complex environments
  • Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
  • Proven ability to manage a travel-heavy role while maintaining performance
