Job Description

• Lead and manage BIM coordination processes across multiple projects, including clash detection and issue management within project teams

• Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks 

• Perform quality control reviews of BIM models and related documentation 

• Set up and manage processes within the Common Data Environment (CDE) (e.g., ACC) 

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and best practices 

• Provide technical support to design team members on BIM software and processes, and conduct training when required 

• Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends 

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering 

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM implementation on projects and at least 5 years of experience in the AEC industry across all project stages 

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and experience working with CDE platforms; knowledge of other BIM software, scripting, or automation tools is an advantage 

• Awareness of industry BIM standards 

• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
