Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
- Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients with a structured and consultative approach.
- Working closely with clients to help optimize game performance, including Slots, Scratchcards, and Instant Win Games.
- Identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, aligning new products with client needs and objectives.
- Contributing to regular performance reviews by gathering insights and supporting strategic recommendations.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and company updates, and sharing relevant information with clients.
- Supporting the promotion of new products, features, and campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
- Helping to improve the overall client experience by identifying areas for enhancement.
- Participating in industry events and exhibitions, building relationships and increasing brand visibility.
- Collaborating with internal teams and assisting with ad-hoc business or client needs.
Requirements:
- Motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach;
- Interest in achieving targets and contributing to team success;
- Basic understanding of commercial agreements is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
