Job Description

The Manager, Corporate Operations will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational excellence across Pan Pakistan supply chain functions, including sourcing, warehousing, and last-mile logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to optimize costs, improve fulfillment rates, and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, maintain high service levels, and ensure operational KPIs are consistently achieved while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Supply Chain Management

  • Lead and manage Pan Pakistan operations, including sourcing, warehousing, and last-mile logistics to ensure efficient and seamless execution.
  • Monitor and maintain a fulfillment rate of 95% or higher across operations.
  • Oversee timely creation and submission of purchase orders to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving real-time operational challenges such as stock shortages, capacity constraints, and logistics disruptions.

2. Partner & Vendor Management

  • Onboard and manage warehouse partners to optimize operational costs and efficiency.
  • Establish and align SOPs, payment terms, and best practices with third-party partners.
  • Lead onboarding and performance management of third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure:
  • 99% customer satisfaction rate
  • Operations costs maintained under 2% of GMV
  • Conduct regular visits to suppliers to improve sourcing efficiency, pricing, and fulfillment reliability.

3. Financial & Cost Optimization

  • Ensure operational costs are controlled and maintained below 2% of GMV.
  • Optimize working capital to ensure liquidity and availability of funds for business investments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve margins through:
  • Strategic sourcing
  • Supplier negotiations (including back margins)
  • Monitoring account-level profitability

4. Performance Monitoring & Compliance

  • Track and ensure adherence to all operational KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy and system alignment.
  • Maintain oversight on recovery updates by coordinating with account managers and ensuring timely follow-ups.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and support the operations team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline workflows and maintain work within operational hours.

6. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate repetitive operational tasks, including:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.

7. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct periodic client visits to understand service gaps and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure consistent service quality and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in cost optimization, KPI tracking, and process automation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
