Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 months contract)

Job Description

• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of recruitment related activities.

• Perform efficient interview scheduling for stakeholders in APAC regional team.

• Generation and issuance of employment contracts to candidates.

• Handle vendor invoicing and related administrative tasks.

• Ensure all systems (e.g. Smartrecruiter ATS) and trackers are correctly updated.

• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

• Contribute to various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Approx. 3 to 5 years doing similar coordination work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task, with excellent time management skills.

• Adaptable and able to resolve operational issues quickly.

• Strong process orientation and meticulous.

• Good knowledge of G-Suites, prior experience in Greenhouse platform would be ideal.
