We're looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Consultant - Capital to join our Existing Business team. This role focuses on helping our customers access funding solutions that enable them to invest in growth, manage cash flow, purchase equipment, refurbish premises and unlock new opportunities.

Working with our existing customer base, you'll engage customers through high-volume outbound sales activity, respond to inbound enquiries and guide merchants through the funding application journey while identifying additional value through Epos Now Payments, Instant Settlement and Epos Now Banking solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

πŸ’· Engage existing Epos Now customers to discuss capital funding opportunities and business growth plans.

πŸ“ž Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity to eligible customers and re-engage previous funding customers.

πŸ“ˆ Respond to customer enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, Back Office promotions and customer journeys.

🀝 Support customers through the funding application process, ensuring a positive customer experience.

🎯 Consistently work towards individual sales targets, KPIs and revenue objectives.

πŸ“Š Manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial engagement through to successful application and funding outcome.

🏦 Identify opportunities to promote Instant Settlement and Epos Now Banking solutions to eligible customers.

πŸ’³ Work collaboratively with the wider Upsell Team to support Epos Now Payments adoption.

πŸ“± Manage customer engagement through multiple communication channels including telephone, email and SMS.

πŸ“Š Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes and activity tracking.

πŸ’‘ Provide customer feedback and insights to support improvements to products, campaigns and customer journeys.

πŸš€ Work closely with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to maximise customer engagement and funding adoption.


What We're Looking For


Essential Skills & Experience

βœ… Previous experience in a sales, account management, customer success or customer-facing commercial role.

βœ… Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.

βœ… Experience working towards sales targets, KPIs and performance measures.

βœ… Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

βœ… Confidence engaging customers over the phone and identifying opportunities through conversation.

βœ… Ability to explain products and services in a simple, customer-focused way.

βœ… Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

βœ… Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.

βœ… Resilient, self-motivated and driven by achieving results.

βœ… Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment.
