INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER



What will you be doing?



Capital Raise:


  • Proactively identify, qualify, and attract prospective investors primarily in Lithuania.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns that generate investor interest, meetings, and ultimately, capital commitments.
  • Lead investor meetings, follow-ups, and correspondence with precision, conviction, and professionalism.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing Lithuanian shareholders and other key stakeholders.


Pipeline Management:


  • Design and manage our CRM and investor pipeline, from first contact to converted capital.
  • Track all investor engagements, feedback, objections, and follow-up actions to optimize conversion strategies and timing.
  • Maintain discipline across the full investment funnel, ensuring that no relevant lead or relationship is left unattended.


Operational Excellence:


  • Partner with Finora’s internal teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and trust in all investor-facing processes.
  • Take ownership of investor-related tasks and drive them forward with urgency, structure, and commercial focus.



What will help you succeed?


  • You are strong in sales, confident in direct outreach, and comfortable picking up the phone, arranging meetings, and building relationships face-to-face.
  • A proven track record of sales, capital attraction, business development, or opening doors to high-value clients, investors, business owners, or key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you are as comfortable in a boardroom or investor lunch as you are in a cold call or cold email. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • You are highly organized, CRM-literate, and able to manage multiple sales conversations at various stages of the pipeline.
  • You have a full ownership mindset and a doer’s bias - you drive things forward, follow up consistently, and take responsibility for results.
