Based in our North Sydney office, this highly valued role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your administration and accounts experience in a dynamic, autonomous position. It’s also an ideal role for someone looking to kick-start their career in Property following completion of a Property-related degree. You’ll support a driven and high-performing team across an exciting client portfolio, within a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

• Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. 

• Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. 

• Validation and review of lease documents. 

• Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates. 

• Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. 

• General liaison with client and suppliers. 

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within Finance/Lease Administration or recently completed a degree related to Property. 

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite. 

• The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements.
