Job Description

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Executive to join our high‑performing Investment Sales team based in our Melbourne East office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen and actively manage relationships with key account clients while maintaining a strong presence across the marketplace.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, potential clients and properties suitable for upcoming campaigns.
  • Assess and analyse the sales potential of assets using established valuation methodologies and market research.
  • Drive the pursuit of new appointments, fostering both existing and emerging client relationships with a focus on long‑term revenue generation and repeat business for Colliers.
  • Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end sales and marketing campaigns, including signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, digital content, and site inspections.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, business or a related discipline, along with a current real estate licence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of the local property market and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS‑Project.
  • 2+ years’ sales experience in commercial real estate,  with demonstrated capability in client relationship management and campaign coordination.
