Wir bei Agrarzone sind Experten im Online-Handel für Landwirtschaftsbedarf und Tierfutter. Von unserem Standort in Lengau aus vertreiben wir unsere Produkte europaweit und verbinden landwirtschaftliche Tradition mit modernster E-Commerce-Technologie. Wir machen dich zum E-Commerce-Profi! Stellenbeschreibung
In deiner dreijährigen Lehrzeit tauchst du tief in alle Bereiche unseres Onlineshops ein:
- Shop-Management: Du lernst, wie man Produkte perfekt präsentiert, Texte optimiert und unser Sortiment aktuell hält.
- Online-Marketing: Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung von Social-Media-Aktionen sowie Newslettern und lernst, wie Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO) funktioniert.
- Kundenkommunikation: Du bist ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und bearbeitest Anfragen professionell per E-Mail oder Telefon.
- Prozess-Check: Du erhältst Einblicke in die Warenwirtschaft und Logistik, damit du verstehst, wie eine Bestellung sicher beim Kunden ankommt.
Qualifikationen
- Dein Background: Du hast einen erfolgreichen Pflichtschulabschluss (NMS, AHS oder Poly). Auch wenn du eine höhere Schule (z. B. HAK, HTL oder Gymnasium) abgebrochen hast und dich nun lieber praktisch beweisen willst, bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen!
- Deine Skills: Eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
- Dein Interesse: Begeisterung für digitale Trends, Onlineshopping und moderne IT-Anwendungen.
- Deine Persönlichkeit: Eine zuverlässige, genaue Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team. Ein Bezug zur Landwirtschaft oder Tierwelt ist ein schönes Extra, aber kein Muss.
