About the Team

KPMG’s Management Consulting division is expanding its Technology Enablement service line and is seeking passionate Salesforce professionals to join its national team on a permanent basis. As part of a consulting environment, you’ll collaborate with global and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions that drive real business value for clients.

Role Purpose

We are looking for smart and talented Salesforce Build Lead who is passionate about delivering business value through technology. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy understanding the "why" behind client requirements and translating them into scalable, user-centric Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with clients as a trusted advisor, helping shape their future-state Salesforce environment.

Your Opportunity

As a Build Lead, you will:

• Lead the development or Salesforce solutions and user experiences aligned to business objectives.
• Lead blended delivery teams - Architects, Business SMEs, and other Designers to shape quality code, aligning to business objective of the project.

• Configuring out-of-the-box functionality, and where necessary writing and implementing efficient, quality code, that aligns to development principles.  

• Unit testing components that the developer (you) has created or amended.  

• Integrating software components and third-party programs. 

• Developing prototypes and wireframes for design discussions. 

• Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting, including technical specification, security design, and data dictionary.

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in Salesforce platform implementation.
• Experience working in an enterprise consulting or client-facing environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and disciplines.
• A passion for problem-solving and innovation through technology.
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Certified Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Platform App Builder, Developer 
• A relevant university degree or industry-recognised qualification.
