What You’ll Do:
- Meet with qualified leads booked by the office and walk them through backup power options.
- Explain generator sizing, features, pricing, and accessories in a way homeowners can actually understand.
- Put together clear, professional proposals and handle follow-ups.
- Keep your schedule organized and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Hit monthly sales goals by working on your pipeline and building relationships.
- Find new opportunities through referrals, networking, and light prospecting.
What We’re Looking For:
- A great communicator who listens well, asks good questions, and builds trust with homeowners.
- Someone who’s mechanically curious and likes understanding how things work. No generator experience is needed. We’ll train you.
- A driven, self-motivated person who enjoys hitting goals and pushing themselves to grow.
- Organized and independent, able to manage their schedule and follow-ups without hand‑holding.
Job Benefits:
