Job Description

Conduct advanced research and development in quantum-inspired and quantum machine learning algorithms, leveraging the intersection of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence to drive innovation in next-generation AI systems. Contribute to the design of novel AI solutions, intellectual property creation, and strategic quantum-AI initiatives that enhance the organization's technology leadership.Responsibilities Research, design, and develop quantum-inspired and quantum machine learning algorithms for solving complex AI and optimization problems.Explore and evaluate emerging advancements in Quantum Computing, Quantum Machine Learning (QML), and Artificial Intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and business impact.Contribute to the development of intellectual property, patents, technical publications, and innovative frameworks in the Quantum-AI domain.Investigate novel approaches for improving AI model efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and explainability using quantum-inspired techniques.Support the design and implementation of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and use cases for strategic customer engagements and innovation programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into practical AI solutions and business value.Analyze, benchmark, and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning, and quantum machine learning methodologies.Contribute to strategic Quantum and AI initiatives, helping define future technology directions and research roadmaps.Document research findings, technical designs, experimental results, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and organizational learning.Skillset : Quantum PrinciplesData analysisMachine LearningSoftware EngineeringArtifical IntelligenceAgentic AIDeep Learning
