Job Description
- Assist Management Representative and collaborate with committee members to establish, implement, effectively maintain and continually improve Energy Management System (EnMS)
- Coordinate and guide the Energy committee on technical discussion in meeting
- Assist the Energy committee in developing measurement plans, identifying potential efficiency improvement projects, establishing criteria and method to ensure operation and control of the EnMS are effective
- Ensure action plans to continually improve energy performance is implemented
- Report performance of EnMS and energy efficiency performance to top management or management representative at determined intervals
- Perform the role as a Waste Disposal Coordinator in advising executives on the design of work and manufacturing processes to avoid waste and specifying rules on the separation and labelling of waste, including collection, delivery, storage, and in-company transportation.
- Promote the participation and consultation of workers to support Energy and Environmental related programs and awareness campaign
- Ensure conformance to EnMS, Wastes Management, and LEV requirements and compliance to local regulations
- Assume responsibilities as per Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024
- Ensure Energy, Wastes and LEV related documentation is accessible and well maintained
- Involve in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS16949, ISO50001 and other audits inclusive of government and customer audits. Ensure all OPL’s related to this audit is closed on a timely manner.
- To work closely with Site Safety Officer (HSE) and DH in ensuring safe work practice is always practiced in Bosch.
- Participate and contribute in Cluster Service Team (CST) and Regional Service Team (RST) activities.
- Responsible to propose and conduct continuous improvement plan for job scope related system
- Responsible to work closely with respective departments to resolve all FCM Energy and Environment related issues. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
- To attended and complete to any other duties assigned by the immediate Superior
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- Professional working experience at least 10 years in project, waste and energy management
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
- Computer literate with an aptitude for figures
- Advanced Microsoft Office (particular Word, Excel, Project)
- SAP knowledge and S4Hana will be added advantage
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision Data
management and tracking skills - Decision making strength is essential Ability to lead the project
