Main Objective:

Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits under the Total Rewards concept, promoting strategic communication programs that increase knowledge, trust, and

satisfaction among associates to contribute to the attraction, retention, and motivation of associates on-site.

What challenges will you have?

  1. Guide the administration of the total compensation and benefits package in a fair, equitable, and competitive manner that aligns with the plant’s strategy and objectives, based on national, regional, and/or global standards. Warranty KPIs accomplishment.
  2. Verify that compensation practices comply with current Mexican legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.) And warranty usage of compensation tools like : way to go, PRAP, etc.
  3. Ensure that compensation offers for candidates and internal promotions meet internal criteria/rules.
  4. Develop the design of the internal salary structure (pay scales), ensuring competitiveness against the relevant market and internal equity with other Bosch sites.
  5. Authorize and evaluate job descriptions, analyses, evaluations, and classifications.
  6. Promote effective communication strategies to enhance the value of the Total Rewards offering and successful metrics.

Requisitos

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in a compensation role or a similar position.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Technical Knowledge

  • Solid data analysis capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization and process improvement tools.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align compensation practices with business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and market analysis.
