Your Rotation Path

Throughout the program, you will gain a holistic understanding of the product lifecycle by rotating through key business areas:

  • Research & Development (R&D): Contributing to the design and development of innovative systems and smart solutions.
  • Testing & Validation: Practical activities in our Test Bench Labs, using specialized instrumentation to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Application & Field Engineering: Implementing and testing solutions directly on machinery and real-world applications.
  • Project Management: Gaining essential skills to coordinate complex technical projects, managing timelines, resources, and international stakeholders.

International Experience

The program features international assignments, including rotations at our global facilities. These experiences are designed to deepen your understanding of our global manufacturing footprint and to build a worldwide professional network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the development of cutting-edge engineering solutions.
  • Support validation processes through advanced testing and measurements, both in-lab and on-site.
  • Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring technical excellence and process improvement.
  • Proactively contribute to innovation projects and digital transformation within the engineering field.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of core engineering principles and a passion for technology.
  • Experience: Previous internships or project work in R&D, testing, or industrial environments are highly valued.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Mobility: Full willingness to travel and undertake assignments abroad.

In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 36.000 - € 42.000 for a 40-hour work week.
