Job Description

• 负责处理客户零公里及现场投诉。
• 建立并维护良好的客户关系,提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
• 对客户生产流程中与博世产品相关的组件处理进行检查,优化/纠正涉及博世产品的客户流程。
• 为客户提供技术支持,并协调在客户工厂进行预分析。
• 负责与客户就投诉处理(尤其是软件相关问题)进行沟通。
• 作为客户与公司内部之间的对接桥梁。

Qualifications

• 本科或硕士学历,电气工程、软件工程或相关专业。
• 3年以上汽车行业工作经验(有整车厂工作经验者优先),具备汽车电子产品相关经验者优先。
• 熟悉TS 16949、FMEA,熟练掌握问题解决流程及8D方法。
• 具备客户投诉处理经验、技术支持客户经验,有软件相关背景者优先。
• 优秀的沟通与谈判能力。
• 英语口语及书面表达流利。
