Polarion customization (workflows, LiveDocs, reports, templates)

Script development (JavaScript, Velocity) 

Interfaces & Integration (e.g., Teamcenter, Jira, CI/CD)

Requirements & Test Management (RM, V&V) 

Optional: Migration & Upgrade (e.g., Windchill ? Polarion)

Basic Dev Skills (Java, SQL, REST APIs)
