- 领导项目安全工程师，交付项目安全工作产出物，以满足时间、成本和质量要求。
- 作为安全接口，与客户沟通并满足客户需求。
- 遵循内部和客户的网络安全管理系统，执行安全活动。例如：安全规划、TARA（风险分析与评估）、安全概念、漏洞管理、渗透测试。
- 识别安全风险，进行风险分析并妥善处理风险。
- 设计安全措施，并与其他领域合作以实现/测试/维护安全特性。
- 协调和管理内部和外部利益相关者。
- 根据需要指导和支持团队成员完成工作、提升专业和交付能力。
职位要求
- 具有5年以上汽车驾驶舱/ADAS产品开发经验，专注于安全开发，担任安全FO/经理/架构师/专家。
- 熟悉ISO21434、GB 44495-2024、R155、R156等标准/法规，对网络安全管理系统有很好的了解。
- 了解数据保护法规及相关技术解决方案。
- 拥有如注册信息系统安全专业人员（CISSP）或注册信息安全专业人员（CISP）等认证者优先。
- 具有AUTOSAR/QNX/Linux/Android平台的开发经验者优先。
- 具有TARA、安全概念、渗透测试等方面的经验。
- 英语口语和书写流利。
- 具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够在压力下工作。
