Job Description

• Roles & Responsibilities :
  Skilled End User Computing (EUC) with 10+ years of experience in Windows client management via SCCM / Intune.

• Management of client side technologies such as OS image deployment, disk encryption solutions (MBAM/BitLocker), app packaging.

• Hands-on engineering and support for enterprise client migrations, including build, deployment, encryption compliance, and rollout support.

• The role involves understanding business requirements for client workplace technologies and developing suitable automation and solutions for various IT project scenarios
   

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech or equivalent

Experience :

• Design, build, and maintain SCCM and/or Intune device management solution

• Perform Patch management

• Create Windows 11 OS images and deployment task sequences, including driver integration, image testing, and rollout support

• Implement and support BitLocker disk encryption using MBAM and/or SCCM BitLocker Management

• Ensure encryption compliance, recovery key management, and reporting

• Architect complete client migration in M&A scenarios including readiness checks, deployment support, and post-migration stabilization

• Drive automation by leveraging Gen AI workflows technologies, and as well PowerShell, Graph API as suitable

• Act as COE for Client solutions within Workplace area - Collaborate with architects, project managers and Business to understand their requirement and provide solutions

• Work closely with project teams and local IT during migration and rollout phases

   

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• 7+ years of Proven work Experience in Workplace – Design, deploy, manage and support End User devices using Microsoft product suites (SCCM, Intune)

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 core concepts and client-side troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with OS imaging and deployment (enterprise scale)

• Experience with MBAM / BitLocker drive encryption and recovery key operations

• Proven experience supporting Windows client migrations, advanced troubleshooting techniques

• Ability to troubleshoot deployment, encryption, and migration-related issues

   

• Certification on Microsoft Endpoint management, Security, Windows 11 Core preferred

Preferred Skills :

• Good Knowledge on Graph API, PowerShell scripting for daily routine work

• Knowledge on Gen AI workflow tools such as n8n, Copilot Studio or equivalent

• Working models of AI automations is added advantage
