Job Description

Intern Digital Marketing Functional Consulting & Project Management

As an Intern in the Digital Marketing Solutions team, you will support global digital marketing CRM initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in both project management and functional consulting within a global marketing technology environment.

• Assist the Marketing CRM team in the preparation, execution, testing, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support the creation of customer segments, reports, dashboards, and campaign performance analyses to enable data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
• Support the development, testing and continuous improvement of SAP Marketing Cloud solution, processes, documentation, training materials, and user enablement activities.
• Support the development of training materials, user documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities for global stakeholders.
• Support project management activities by preparing presentations, JIRA tickets, meeting minutes, status reports, project documentation, and workshop materials.
• Assist in tracking project requirements, deliverables, timelines, action items, and vendor follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate project meetings, support stakeholder communication, and help maintain transparency across global teams.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) activities, testing coordination, bug tracking, and documentation of project outcomes and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or last-year students of FON, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics or related field
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English (fluent in spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
• Good communication skills, ability to think analytically
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and tools.
• You’re a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally

As a plus:

• Experience with Marketing CRM tools
• You are familiar with agile frameworks
• You have logical mindset and eager to work with the newest technologies,
• You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don’t worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other
•  You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects
•  You’re not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges
