Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage area projects in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement RPP objectives within the manufacturing area in order to ensure goal achievement.
  • Control and monitor manufacturing processes in order to optimize results within the area.
  • Track IPN-related indicators such as OEE, plant capacity, lessons learned, and quality complaints in order to ensure proper implementation within manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in process and quality audits (internal/external) to review findings, ensuring follow-up and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Review and develop manufacturing processes for products in accordance with dimensions, machinery, tooling, and required equipment in order to optimize results.
  • Identify and understand critical and non-critical manufacturing processes.
  • Design and review manufacturing projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Propose and execute productivity improvement projects through labor reduction or output increase.
  • Plan and ensure the implementation of the TOP 5-based problem-solving methodology to guarantee issue resolution.
  • Act as responsible for systematic (System-CIP) and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, and collaborate on continuous improvement projects across the value chain.
  • Facilitate and communicate innovation in manufacturing technologies through IPN meeting

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Automation and Control.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Manufacturing processes and new processes.
  • Mechanical design.
  • Problem-solving methodology.
  • Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPAP).
  • SAP-P81.
