Job Description

• Growth opportunity, joining various team projects, in order to improve your technical skills
• Have the opportunity to learn how to work in a multicultural environment
• Assist in the management of spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking parts deliveries
• Assist in the identification and ordering of spare parts needed for repairs and maintenance
• Assist in the management of spare parts database and records, including updating part numbers, quantities, and stocks
• Assist in the coordination of parts deliveries and shipments
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient spare parts management processes and procedures
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of spare parts
• Provide general administrative support to the spare parts management team, including filing, data entry, and communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Student / Master program student, with technical background
• Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues
• Communicative person, able maintain good relations both internally and externally.
• A person able to understand from economically point of view  the failure caused by delays
• Person oriented towards reaching targets, increased attention to details
• Advantage if the person has knowledge about what a supply chain means and the inter-dependencies
• We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel), because you will be responsible to process input data
• Interest in learning about processes from a manufacturing factory
• Show willingness for support and administration of the plant ramp-up
• Express initiative for learning about the latest trends in technology
• Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments
