Job Description
- Communication and obtaining mandatory documentation for the implementation of the customs procedure
- Preparation of additional documents requested by customers
- Tracking and monitoring temporary admission process (returnable packaging flow)
- Checking and controling of export and import documentation
- Submission of originals customs declarations to the customs office
- Implementation of export and import formalities (in-house)
- Preparation of necessary documents for customs authorities and placement of customs stamps on goods
- Scanning and archiving documentation
- Regular and ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
