- 熟悉部门的文化，员工及人才需求的特点，了解其关注点及职业发展诉求，提升员工的工作满意度及归属感，引进所需的人才
- 根据公司的战略和业务发展需求，通过组织诊断对于组织进行优化、治理及提升组织能力的方案并负责实施落地，催化组织活力、推动组织发展。
- 深度理解组织愿景和文化，并积极推进企业内部的文化建设。
- 通过对行业标杆及公司内部人力资源数据的研究，持续优化人力资源相关的管理、政策及流程，并推动创新高效的HR数字化产品
Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，互联网，汽车行业背景优先
- 3年以上HRBP或OD工作经验，具备较强的人才选拔发展保留、人才体系管理、胜任力管理经验，善于与人打交道
- 掌握OD方法论并具备实践经验，主导或作为核心成员参与过组织变革，具有较强的框架性思考及逻辑思维能力，能够有效的推动战略落地
- 对于客户导向，业务导向文化浓厚并快速发展的组织充满热情和兴趣，乐于不断学习和提升自我以适应并引领组织变革
- 具备高科技、软件、互联网行业以及销售组织的HRBP工作经验将是一个加分项
- 开放，务实，坚韧，勇于挑战，乐于学习，自我驱动
