Job Description

1. Validation Strategy & PlanningDefine and own DVPR aligned with system requirements and OEM standardsEstablish validation scope for gear systems, differential, housing, bearings, lubricationEnsure compliance with automotive standards and Bosch quality processes2. Test Execution & IntegrationLead bench (dyno) and vehicle-level validationExecute testing for:Durability & reliabilityNVH performanceThermal & efficiency behaviorCoordinate with test labs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams3. Data Analysis & Issue ResolutionPerform data analysis (efficiency, NVH, thermal, wear patterns)Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (CAPA)Drive validation optimization through structured problem solving4. Requirement & Quality AssuranceEnsure end-to-end traceability (DOORS/Polarion)Support FMEA updates, risk assessments, and auditsEnsure quality gate readiness and validation closure compliance5. Cross-functional & Global CollaborationInterface with:Design & simulation teams (CAE/NVH/durability)Manufacturing & suppliersGlobal stakeholders (OEMs, international teams)Support localization and cost optimization initiativesTechnical CompetenceEV transmission systems: eAxle, gearbox, differentialFundamentals: gear design, bearings, lubrication systemsValidation domains: NVH, durability, thermal, efficiencyTools:MATLAB / DIAdem / INCA (data analysis)DOORS / Polarion (requirements)APIS IQ-FMEATeamcenter (PLM)Leadership Expectations Lead validation work packages independentlyMentor junior engineers and support competency build-upProactively manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectationsContribute to process improvements and best practices
