This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

• Lead on new p/n and mass production p/n BOM maintaining and implement for EV14 , EV-SE and EV6.
• Lead on Products and Material change management process plant-coordinator: working with SAP system for EV-14 , EV-SE and EV6.
• Regular checking Bill of Material confirmation, Bill of Material and Part Number in POE Module verification including with BOI BOM and Components.
• Manage SAP implementation that related to series production and sample part products (Component level Products Part Number Management).
• Key-user contact for HmjP plant local and co-ordinate with Lead Plant and Bosch worldwide that related to Engineering Change Management.
• Drive to achieved External and Internal audit of HmjP Engineering Change Management topic scope.
• Support international standard audit such as ISO14001 and HSE.

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.Eng.) in Automotive Industrial Engineering or Related field.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of work experience in Product Data Management integrated in SAP system.

• Experience in Engineering Change Management System in Manufacturing processes.

• Experience  minimum 1 year in BOI process.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and HSE.

• Knowledge of BOM Transfer processes.

• Knowledge of SAP system.
