Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using WPF and .NET
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design patterns
- Implement and maintain Flux Architecture / state management in desktop applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QA
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage
- Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Integrate APIs, third-party components, and backend services
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide robust solutions

B.E/ M.E, B.Tech / M.Tech
