Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
•Solution Architecture for Pros CPQ: Design the end-to-end CPQ solution architecture for the BBM Sales 360 program.

•Requirements engineering & conceptual work

o Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust CPQ solution designs in collaboration with the Product owners, business analysts and solution architects of the BBM Sales 360 Program.

o Challenge business requirements to help us keeping close to standards or whenever we derive from industry standards.

o Support in workshops with business solving complex conceptual challenges, especially considering integration points with surrounding applications

•Architecture Governance

o Actively participate in the Program Architecture Board, including preparation and presentation of architectural decisions.

o Align CPQ architecture with overarching Dynamics and BBM target architecture

o Contribute to solution decision records, quality gates, and technical risk assessments.

•Integration & Data Alignment

o Define conceptual integration patterns for CPQ and surrounding systems like CRM, CLM, other CPQ systems, pricing engines and cost calculations tools etc.

o Collaborate with integration architects and data architects to maintain stable end-to-end flows.

•Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Close collaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts and other solution architects of the BBM Sales 360 program required

o Work closely with other IT teams (inside Bosch/BD), business units, and external partners to align integration implementations with project goals.

o Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

•Quality Governance

o Ensure architectural quality and compliance with Bosch standards and data privacy requirements.
 

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

B.Tech/MBA

Experience :

• 7-8 years of relevant experience in a consulting or architect role, with a focus on CPQ solutions.

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end CPQ implementation business projects.

• Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Conga CPQ.

   

Mandatory/requires Skills :
CPQ Expertise:

o Understanding of CPQ concepts (configure price quote: quoting logic, pricing logic, rules framework, product configuration concepts) and experience with a concrete CPQ technology.

o Understanding of CPQ interactions/integration with CRM

o Optional: Experience with Pros CPQ. If not there, upskilling is offered.

•Architecture & Conceptual skills:

o Strong ability to design enterprise-grade CPQ architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

o Skilled in documenting solution architecture (solution designs, diagrams, design decisions).

o Ability to challenge and translate business requirements into technical solution options.

o Optional: Familiarity with BBM IT architecture principles and governance.

•Communication Skills:

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

o Ability to drive

Preferred Skills :
• Experience working in SAFe-like environments and large-scale programs.

• Understanding of CLM systems (Contract Lifecycle Management) to design end-to-end Quote?Contract flows.

• Understanding of typical interactions/integrations of CPQ with SAP ERP (S/4 Hana)
