Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Drive the Amazon EU digital shelf experience for the Bosch Power Tools brand by combining AI-powered content strategies, ecommerce optimization, and brand excellence to increase visibility, conversion, and consumer engagement.

AI-Powered Content Strategy & Automation

• Develop and execute AI-driven strategies to accelerate the creation, localization, optimization, and scaling of ecommerce content.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, content quality, and speed-to-market.
• Create search-optimized product storytelling tailored to Amazon algorithms and AI-powered shopping experiences (A10, Cosmo, Rufus).
• Identify and Implement content optimization use cases utilizing automation tools and AI support

Performance & Content Optimization

• Analyse content performance and ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, engagement, visibility) to continuously optimize the digital shelf experience.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and content intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.

Content Maintenance

• Upload ecommerce assets across all Amazon marketplaces in Europe utilizing API tools and drive the transition of manual tasks into automated processes

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with central marketing teams, ecommerce stakeholders, and Amazon Key Account teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
• Support initiatives focused on improving customer journey, online visibility, and sales performance.

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all ecommerce assets comply with brand standards, Amazon requirements, and consumer expectations across EU marketplaces.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, or related fields.
• Experience with Amazon or other marketplace Vendor/Seller Central and ecommerce content management.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, automation workflows, and digital content optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO & GEO principles and Amazon search ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance metrics and translating insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
