Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Support and facilitate agile routines (e.g., daily meetings, follow-ups, retrospectives);
• Improve transparency of priorities, progress, and impediments;
• Support coordination and alignment across engineering stakeholders;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team collaboration and workflows;
• Assist with test and sample coordination, including sample availability, shipment, and logistical aspects of the Design Validation Plan (DVP).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Management Engineering, or a similar field;
• Interest in agile ways of working and coordination roles;
• Comfortable working in an office-based coordination role with interfaces to engineering teams and laboratories;
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written; 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
• Structured, proactive, and reliable way of working.
