Job Description

  • Interface to external customers regarding product quality (one voice to customer)
  • Quality assurance for new product launches to achieve product quality targets.
  • Responsible for assurance of product quality (raw material to shipping)
  • Process confirmation to maintain/improve product quality for series production & assure compliance.
  • Responsible of customer claims process and initiate improvement plans
  • Control of handling of non-conforming material and fast disposition
  • Coordinate customer Quality visits and audits within VS.

Qualifications

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. (Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial)
  • Master’s degree in engineering desirable

Language:

  • Advance English required, German (Preferred)
  • Working Experience: >2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or quality, preferably in automotive industry including customer contact.

Key-Skills:

  • Electronics manufacturing process knowledge, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,IATF 16949,VDA.
  • Problem Solving Methods (8D,5x Why, 6 Sigma, Shainin, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Automotive Customer Requirements & B2B portals
  • Communication/negotiation skills, high initiative, independent style of working, ability to work under pressure, structured & analytical approach, accountability/reliability.
