Job Description

  • Develop and improve the strategy plan and processes of the quality management system.
  • Manage and drive the internal and external audit programmes.
  • Lead multi-function teams to address improvement activities.
  • Train staff in the understanding and use of quality management systems and communicate information on changes to all affected departments.
  • Generate and distribute regular status reports on the performance of the quality management system.
  • Ensuring quality standards and customer requirements are met through the provision of the quality management systems and associated procedures through regular reviews.
  • Ensuring internal standards, systems and processes fall within the scope of the company’s quality management system.
  • Responsible for managing the facilities document control system.

Qualifications

  • Conversant in Microsoft Office products (Essential).
  • Previous SAP and AHP experience would be preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in business systems and auditing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience of cross functional departments within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
  • Preferably IRQA registered and a member of CQI.
  • Preferably a lead auditor in ISO9001.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Focussed and task driven.
  • Excellent time management skills.
