Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Perform data modelling activities including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation
- Design and develop efficient data models to support scalable analytics and reporting solutions
- Develop, validate, and maintain dashboards and visualization solutions using Power BI
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain database schemas, ETL processes, and reporting structures
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics solutions
- Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Create and maintain technical, process, and end-user documentation
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–7 years of overall professional experience in Data Analytics / BI Development
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and T-SQL (mandatory)
- Data Modelling – Knowledge of Star schema & Snowflake schema
- Power BI development experience - DAX, RLS, Gateway and Administration
- Exposure to SSIS, SSAS jobs involve designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses, ETL processes, and reports
- Exposure to GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure & Databricks
- Exposure to databases such as SQL, Oracle & data warehousing environments
- Understanding of Python (good to have)
- Exposure and experience in Alteryx/Knime will be added advantage
- Client facing experience with good communication skills
- Graduate in Engineering or computer applications/ IT discipline
