Job Description
- 负责上海市家用空气源热泵及混动系统的销售策略制定与执行；
- 主导区域内零售业务与房地产配套项目销售，开发并管理经销商网络，推动零售商终端出货（Sell-out）；
- 规划并建设品牌门店/展厅，监督运营标准与终端形象管理；
- 开发并维护房地产类项目（精装配套、高端住宅等），协同经销商完成项目谈判、签约及履约跟进；
- 进行月度及季度销售预测，制定并分解区域销售目标，确保达成业绩指标；
- 收集竞品动态及市场信息，为产品策略与区域提供决策支持。
Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上学历，理工类专业，暖通空调、热能与动力工程、建筑环境与能源应用等相关专业优先；
- 3年以上高端暖通空调、热泵或相关领域销售经验，有零售渠道及房地产项目复合经验者优先；
- 熟悉上海市暖通市场格局，并且具备经销商、零售商或房地产项目相关人脉与市场资源，能快速推动业务落地；
- 具备经销商开发与管理、零售门店运营及项目攻坚能力，结果导向；
- 积极乐观，具备优秀的抗压能力与目标使命感；
- 沟通能力强，善于团队合作，能高效协同内外部资源；
- 能够适应为跟踪项目至外省市出差。
