The Earning Potential:

  • Base: $75k + super growing to $90k + super for high performers
  • Standard OTE: $110K
  • Strong performers: $120Kโ€“$130K
  • Top performers: $140K+
  • Commission: 10% uncapped on everything you sell


What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Converting inbound leads into revenue through discovery, demos and strong closing
  • Owning your pipeline across new business, upsell and recycled opportunities
  • Running online demonstrations to help clients get the most from the platform
  • Identifying customer pain points and matching them to the right legal and accounting solutions
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Keeping Salesforce clean and staying accountable to your KPIs
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product to improve conversion and customer experience


Who Thrives Here

You don't need a textbook sales background. You do need to be someone who:

  • Genuinely enjoys talking to people and building rapport quickly
  • Is motivated by earnings and wants to see effort directly reflected in pay
  • Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Bounces back from a tough day and shows up the next one ready to go
  • Has some experience in sales - whether that's B2B, retail, hospitality, or running your own thing
  • Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRMs is a bonus. So is a background in SaaS, legaltech, or small business.
