Job Description

(1) Event Management:
- Develop and conduct large-scales activities both internally and externally, such as year-end party, family day, townhall meetings, customer events/tech forums, and etc.

(2) Digital Communications:
- Coordinate and conduct online activities for Bosch Taiwan
- Manage and update contents of Bosch Taiwan official website on the regular basis
- Maintain Bosch Taiwan official Linkedin page and Youtube channel and to boost followers' number via fruitful message posting

(3) CSR Activities:
- Create and execute tailor-made CSR activities for Bosch Taiwan to demonstrate the company's long-term commitment to local society
- Support local GB's CSR charity activities to be in line with the company's strategies

(4) Media Relations:
- Develop and execute media activities for Bosch in Taiwan, eg. press release writing and distribution both in Chinese and in English, media interview arrangement, media briefing and press conference execution, and etc.

(5) Other Assignments:
- Provide Bosch Taiwan daily news services to Taiwan's employees
- Coordinate Bosch Taiwan promotional goods production
- Other assignments upon request

Qualifications

- Education background: BA or MA degree in public relations (PR), journalism, mass communications or marketing communications
- Work experience: at least 3 years of full-time job either in PR/event/social media agencies or in in-house PR/corporate communications/marcom departments
- Language: must be fluent both in spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, as well as video editing and creation
