Job Description

职责：
1.    主要负责雷达/摄像头/域控等产品里安全功能的端到端算法设计开发：
    •    涵盖道路模型、交通参与者行为预测、自车行为决策规划等模块的设计开发
    •    相关模块和系统的性能KPI评估，问题分析和优化
2.    支持相关工具的搭建、开发：
    •    包括可视化分析工具，数据挖掘，KPI评估工具和仿真工具
 

Qualifications

要求：
1.    学历与专业：
    •    硕士及以上学历，计算机/自动化/电子工程/车辆工程/数学/物理等专业

2.    技术能力：
    •    具备端到端AEX（AEB/AES）开发经验，熟悉端到端算法开发交付的完整过程
    •    熟悉道路模型及其融合的算法，熟悉行为预测，决策规划相关常用算法
    •   熟悉ADAS系统安全功能的客户需求、法规要求、性能边界和挑战
    •   熟悉智能驾驶安全功能相关的系统架构、软件架构，逻辑链路
    •    具备ADAS量产项目开发交付经验，熟悉ASPICE、功能安全和SOTIF的要求及方法论
    •    精通C++，Python，熟悉Matlab
    •    熟悉AUTOSAR架构及嵌入式开发,具备板端/车端部署模型的经验
    •    熟练掌握常用的AI工具

3.    软性要求：
    •    英语流利，可以进行技术文档撰写与会议沟通
    •    思维敏捷，灵活高效，积极主动，责任心强，善于解决问题和协作沟通
    •    具备较好的文档能力和复盘的习惯
