Job Description
- Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE(machine and equipment) based on VPA and production plan
- Requisition orders for purchasing or service
- Responsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipment
- Setup quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions…) according to RBCD policy, regulations and procedures
- Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
- Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, support QAM…)
- Prepare and get the MAE, process and type release from releasing departments /plants
- Lead and responsible for the problem solving process
- Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
- Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
- Work closely with different levels and functions to identify needs and introduce i4.0 projects
- Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
- Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
- Defining wear off parts, consumables and gages (FHMI, HIBE and FHPM) and ensure the availability together with purchasing department
- Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
- Additional tasks from section manager
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor or master) in Engineering or related major
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in planning or manufacturing position for high volume production
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
- Understanding of i4.0 and smart manufacturing technology and vision, familiar with digital tools, e.g. Power BI etc.
- Good English and/or German communication skill
