Job Description

  • Perform CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow and thermal performance of components and systems using Ansys Fluent.
  • Prepare and clean CAD geometry for simulation (meshing).
  • Analyze simulation results, draw conclusions, and prepare clear and concise technical reports.
  • Support pre-development activities by researching and implementing new CFD methodologies.
  • Provide support for injection molding simulations (e.g., Moldflow) to optimize plastic part design and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with design and test engineers to validate simulation models and provide design recommendations.
  • Create Phyton Scripts for simulation tools
  • Assist the team with day-to-day simulation tasks and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's (3rd or 4th year) or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or a related engineering field. (MSc Pref)
  • Strong academic background in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and Heat Transfer.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansys Fluent or a similar CFD softwares
  • Minimum 3 full days attendance is required during school period
