Job Description
- 参与泊车感知模型的设计、开发与优化，基于深度学习框架构建高效、准确的感知模型，实现对车辆周围环境（包括车位、障碍物、行人等）的精确识别与定位；
- 负责数据处理与分析，收集、标注泊车相关数据，对数据进行预处理和增强以提高模型训练效果，深入分析模型性能指标，根据实际情况优化模型结构和训练策略；
- 跟踪前沿技术，研究并引入新的算法和技术，提升泊车感知模型的性能和竞争力，参与团队技术交流和分享，推动团队整体技术水平提升；
- 负责解决模型开发和部署过程中的技术问题，对模型进行持续的维护和升级，确保模型在实际场景的稳定性；
Qualifications
- 应用数学、计算机视觉、模式识别、机器学习、电子信息、机器人等相关专业的硕士/博士学生。
- 熟悉当前主流的深度学习算法，精通一个或者多个领域的算法研究，包括但不限于目标检测、多任务学习、目标分割等。
- 了解数据结构、算法和大规模数据处理（百万~千万）；至少精通C/C++ 或python编程，有ACM经验者优先。
- 有自动驾驶感知/融合/预测等模块算法研发经验者优先。
- 有实际工程项目经验者优先。
