Job Description

Acquisition & New Business Development

  • Own acquisition activities for new vehicle programs, platforms, and technologies
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities based on OEM roadmap and technical strategy
  • Actively shape opportunities before and during RfQ phases

RFQ & Offer Management

  • Lead RFQ/RFI responses across Bosch Mobility divisions
  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical and commercial inputs for internal teams
  • Coordinate quotations, timelines, approvals, and risk alignment

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as single point of contact for acquisition‑related topics with the customer
  • Manage day‑to‑day acquisition communication with OEM purchasing and engineering
  • Drive customer escalation and alignment when scope, timing, or expectations change

Internal Coordination

  • Align sales, engineering, product, finance, and manufacturing stakeholders
  • Ensure fast decision‑making in short‑timeline, high‑pressure acquisition phases
  • Prepare internal management updates and decision proposals

Award & SOP Transition

  • Secure clear award confirmation and commercial scope
  • Support smooth handover to project execution teams until SOP
  • Capture lessons learned from wins and losses

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive acquisition / pre‑sales / OEM sales in Vietnam.
  • Direct exposure to Vietnamese OEMs
  • Experience working with RFQs, quotations, and internal approval processes.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills (internal & customer).
  • Ability to work independently and drive topics end‑to‑end.
  • Structured, result‑oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Able to handle ambiguity and frequent changes.
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Vietnamese (native or fluent)
