Job Description
- Overall supplier quality management and product group quality management for responsible product range
- Implement advanced quality management methodologies and tools, Product and Process release to assure the TTM product quality
- Supplier audit (VDA 6.3, lean plant assessment, CSR audit, supplier process release…)
- Responsible for OEM project’s quality release and product manufacturing process release, as well as the QZ Test.
- Stand for purchasing quality in sourcing decision board and in project review board
- Supplier quality target setting, reporting and continuous improvement
- Supplier quality problem solving
- Supplier risk management together with supporting from commercial buyers
- Conduct supplier enabling (SE), supplier quality improvement (SQIP) and supplier development (SD) for continuous supplier quality improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, major in engineering.
- Minimum 5-year working experience in supplier quality area.
- Solid knowledge of supplier quality management.
- Resilient, proactive and good at quality methodology, such as 8D, APQP, PPAP etc.
- With VDA6.3 process auditor certificate (2nd party or 3rd party)
- Language: native in Chinese and fluent in English
- Able to travel upon request (up to 40% of total working time)
- Strong attention to detail.
